LYNDEBOROUGH PLANNING BOARD MEETING
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Lyndeborough Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Citizens’ Hall for Proposed Zoning Amendments for the 2026 Town Meeting
Amendment 1
Amend Sections 503.00, 603.00, 703.00, and 803.00 to replace the term “Zoning Board of Adjustment” with “Planning Board” as originally intended and amend certain uses of terms and emphasis for improved clarity.
Amendment 2
Amend Section 1303.00 to replace the term “Conditional Use Permits” with “Special Exceptions.”
Amendment 3
Amend Section 413.00, Conditional Use Permits, to clarify that abutter notification and public hearing are required prior to granting a conditional use permit.
Amendment 4
Amend Section 408.00, Soil-Based Zoning Requirements, to update outdated soils references.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given in accordance with RSA 675:6 and RSA 675:7 that the Town of Lyndeborough Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in Citizens’ Hall at 9 Citizens’ Hall Road, Lyndeborough, NH to consider the following:
A public hearing to review and comment on the proposed 2025 Historic Resources and Heritage Chapter update to the Lyndeborough Master Plan. The new proposed Historic Resources and Heritage Chapter will be considered by the Board for adoption.
A copy of the proposed Master Plan Historic Resources and Heritage Chapter can be obtained at Citizens’ Hall during business hours or on the Lyndeborough Town Website. You may submit comments in person or in writing. Any person with a disability who wishes to attend this public meeting and who needs to be provided with reasonable accommodation, please contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made.
